The outfit app for your own closet
Your closet,
picked by a pug.
Add your clothes once. Every morning Maple picks a matching outfit for the weather and your day, from clothes you already own.
- Free closet, no item limit
- Clothes photos only, never people
- Saved on your own device

All 4 colors match
Sound familiar?
You have clothes. You just can't see the outfits.
“A full closet and nothing to wear.”
Most of what we own sits on the hanger because we cannot picture it with anything else.
“The same hoodie four days in a row.”
Mornings are rushed. The easy choice wins, even when better outfits are right there.
“A new top that goes with nothing.”
Buying without a plan means more clothes and the same problem. Shop your closet first.
How it works
Three steps. About ten seconds.

01
Add your clothes
Tap a starter piece or snap a photo of the item on your bed. Photos stay on your device.

02
Tell Maple the day
Hot, chilly or rainy. School, cozy or party. Maple only puts together colors that match.

03
Wear it, or fill one gap
Swap any piece with the arrows. If one piece is missing, Maple shows 3 labeled store picks.
What Maple does
A stylist that only shops your closet first.
Weather-smart picks
Rainy day? Boots and a jacket come first. Hot day? Shorts and sandals. Cladwell users told us this is what matters most.
Colors that match
Neutrals go with everything, bright colors only sit next to colors that work. No more guessing.
Swap any piece
Like the top but not the shoes? Step through your own shoes with one tap.
Shop the missing piece
When an outfit needs one more thing, Maple suggests 3 store picks that match it, clearly labeled.
Plan my week
Seven matching outfits at once, spreading your tops out so nothing repeats too soon. Part of Maple Plus.
Saved looks
Keep the outfits you love and wear them again on a busy morning.
Outfit boards
Four looks Maple put together this fall.
The business
How Maple's Closet makes money.
Copied from closet apps with millions of users (Whering, Acloset, Indyx, Cladwell), then made simpler and cheaper for families.
$2.99
a month, estimate
Maple Plus subscription
$2.99 a month or $19.99 a year (launch estimates), bought by a grown-up. Cheaper than every paid closet plan we found.
$3 to $4
per 100 clicks, Target's estimate
Affiliate store picks
When an outfit is missing a piece, Maple shows 3 store picks. If a grown-up buys through a parent's approved affiliate account, the store pays a small fee.
4
ad creatives ready
Ads aimed at parents
We market to parents on Pinterest and Instagram with real photo ads. The app itself never shows ads to kids.
Our ads
Real photo ads, made for parents.
Parents hold the card, so the ads go to parents on Pinterest and Instagram. No ads inside the app, and none aimed at kids.

Pricing
Free closet forever. One simple upgrade.
The closet itself never has a paywall. That was the top complaint we read about other apps.

Made by Fiona
“Pink dogs and fall.”
Fiona started Maple's Closet to answer the question every morning asks: what do I wear? Maple, a real fawn pug, is the stylist.
25% of profit goes to charities that help dogs and animals. That was Fiona's rule from day one.
Questions
Good to know.
Is it really free?
Yes. The closet has no item limit and you get Maple picks every day for free. Maple Plus adds unlimited picks and the week planner.
Do I upload photos of myself?
No. Maple's Closet only uses photos of clothes. There is no try-on and no photos of people, ever.
Where is my closet saved?
On your own device, in your browser. There is no account and nothing is sent to a server.
How does Maple know what matches?
Each piece has a color. Neutrals like denim, white and brown go with anything, and bright colors only pair with colors that work together. Weather and occasion narrow it down.
Are the store links ads?
They are affiliate picks, labeled on every card. Store buttons are for a grown-up to tap, and tracking only turns on after a parent's affiliate account is approved.
Who made this?
Fiona, a builder at Future Masters, with Maple the fawn pug as the stylist.
